Two outmoded relics of British rule in Canada must be abandoned:

1.-Bipartism and
2.- the function of governor general (with small g's please).

A new Confederation of 5 or 6 states might be a solution to the un-governability of this country, as he 1867 Confederation was a misnomer for a unitarian state.
